Blasphemy Law, Fake News, Speech Codes, Freedom of Speech is gone.
The Blasphemy speech codes and laws are continuing to be pushed under the narrative of “Fake News”, “Incitement” and “Terrorism”. This is all a smoke screen on all sides to help further establish the speech codes. The OIC and Vatican through the United Nations are working hand in hand with the large corporations to implement these goals.

OIC ministers to discuss role of media in combating terror Dec 21 2016
JEDDAH — Ministers of information and communication in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states are scheduled to discuss a draft resolution on the role of media in countering terrorism on Wednesday. The resolution stresses that terrorism is a global and social rather than a religious phenomenon. The Director of Information Department at the OIC General Secretariat, Mrs. Maha Aqeel, said that the 11th Islamic Conference of Information Ministers hosted by the Kingdom is being held under the theme ‘New media to counter terrorism and Islamophobia’ given the important role of media, particularly new media which can play a major role in combating international terrorism and highlighting the true image of Islam.
At the 34th Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers (ICFM), an OIC section, in May 2007, the foreign ministers termed Islamophobia “the worst form of terrorism”.
Defamation of religion is an issue that was repeatedly addressed by some member states of the United Nations (UN) from 1999 until 2010. Several non-binding resolutions were voted on and accepted by the UN condemning “defamation of religion”. The motions, sponsored on behalf of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), now known as the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, sought to prohibit expression that would “fuel discrimination, extremism and misperception leading to polarization and fragmentation with dangerous unintended and unforeseen consequences”.

Anti-incitement ‘Facebook’ law advances Dec 21 2016
The Cabinet is set to vote on a bill which would empower the courts to order social media sites to remove content inciting to terrorism.
The bill, which was initiated by Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked and Internal Security Minister Gilad Erdan, gives Israeli courts the power to order internet sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google to remove criminal content as well as content which constitutes a danger to public safety.
Social media sites have been accused of providing a platform for incitement to violence and racism, and for facilitating communication between terrorists and the recruitment of individuals to terrorist organizations. The bill stipulates that the state would issue warnings to internet sites and providers which feature incitement to violence or terrorism to remove the offensive content, and that the state could request that the courts order the sites to remove the content if there is no response to the the initial letter. http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/222066
Pope Francis has met with Zuckerberg founder of Facebook and CEO of Alphabet and both are now working on silencing media. This is what we warned was going to occur from Pope Francis meeting to control speech which will further go into introducing speech codes as a result of all the racist and inciting rhetoric they are inciting to cause a crisis to provide solution of speech blasphemy laws.
Obama and Pope Francis want the blasphemy speech laws enforced as resolution to the conflict.

Mark Zuckerberg: We will rid site of fake news, but ‘identifying the truth is complicated’ Nov 13 2016
But after continued backlash, Zuckerberg took to Facebook to share his thoughts on the site’s role in disseminating news, writing that the company will “continue to work on this to improve further” but must do so cautiously in order to avoid bias. Identifying what’s true and what’s not is “complicated,” he said,
Mark Zuckerberg Promises to Crack Down on Fake News on Facebook Nov 15 2016
Mark Zuckerberg took to Facebook (where else?) to say that the company will be working harder to authenticate that news shared via Facebook is accurate, in light of speculation that fake news posted on Facebook could have influenced the election results.
“Of all the content on Facebook, more than 99% of what people see is authentic,” Zuckerberg wrote. “Only a very small amount is fake news and hoaxes. The hoaxes that do exist are not limited to one partisan view, or even to politics. Overall, this makes it extremely unlikely hoaxes changed the outcome of this election in one direction or the other.”
However, an investigation by BuzzFeed News found that 38% of right-wing news stories and 20% left-wing news stories shared on Facebook are false, and President Obama himself called out the “crazy conspiracy theorizing” on the social platform at a Clinton rally in Michigan.
“If they just repeat attacks enough, and outright lies over and over again, as long as it’s on Facebook and people can see it, as long as it’s on social media, people start believing it,” President Obama said, according to Business Insider. “And it creates this dust cloud of nonsense.”
Mark Zuckerberg gives Pope Francis a drone Aug 29 2016
Mark Zuckerberg handed over a Facebook drone when he, and his wife Priscilla Chan, met Pope Francis on Monday
“Together they spoke about how to use communications technology to alleviate poverty, encourage a culture of encounter, and to communicate a message of hope, especially to the most disadvantaged,” the Vatican Press Office said in a statement.
Pope Francis met with the Google Exec prior to the decision of Google to filter content and enforce restriction of information they do not approve of. The Pope has intentionally demonized alternative journalism as terrorism openly. Basically anybody who goes against the narrative of the New World Order will be deemed “terrorists”. This is the role of the False Prophet of the book of Revelation.

Pope Francis to join Google’s Eric Schmidt in rare tech industry meeting Jan 13 2016

Pope Francis once described the internet as a “gift from God”. But on Friday he is due to meet with someone who may believe the internet has more to do with his own company than divine intervention: Eric Schmidt, the former CEO of Google.

Google moves to restrict ads on fake news sites Nov 14 2016
Alphabet Inc’s Google said on Monday it is working on a policy change to prevent websites that misrepresent content from using its AdSense advertising network, a move aimed at halting the spread of “fake news” and other types of misinformation on the internet.
The shift comes as Google, Facebook Inc and Twitter Inc face a backlash over the role they played in the U.S. presidential election by allowing the spread of false and often malicious information that might have swayed voters toward Republican candidate Donald Trump.
The issue has provoked a fierce debate within Facebook especially, with Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg insisting twice in recent days that the site had no role in influencing the election.
We warned the Vatican and their elite circles would be going this direction for social media content filtering. This will be engaged down the road with the INTERNET governance and the UN Res 16/18 blasphemy law enforcement globally to stop freedom of speech as a resolve to the “crisis” they have created by design.
Twitter tries to address hate speech issue with new user tools Nov 16 2016
Twitter is responding to complaints they don’t do enough to curb hate speech on the social media platform by introducing new tools for users. Twitter users can now report “hateful conduct” as a separate option, and users can also mute certain words, phrases, emojis and even whole conversations. Notifications can also be filtered.
Hate speech on Twitter became more of an issue during the recent presidential election, and while Twitter has said they don’t measure offensive material on the service, many users have said they’ve noticed a marked uptick in bias attacks and hate speech.
The vatican is warning people not to listen to people preaching the Vaticans role in prophecy and the end times. This means they will move to try to silence dissent further. This will likely unravel as speech codes and the United Nations of Religions that Shimon Peres said Pope Francis should be the head of to speak on behalf of God and declare what is acceptable and not acceptable on behalf of God. This is the role of the false prophet of the book of revelation.

Peres proposes ‘UN for religions’ to pope at Vatican Sep 5 2014
VATICAN CITY – Former president Shimon Peres emerged from a Vatican City audience with Pope Francis Thursday after proposing a kind of United Nations for religions.
But the main topic of conversation was Peres’s idea to create a UN-like organization he called “the United Religions.”
Peres said the Argentina-born pontiff was the only world figure respected enough to bring an end to the wars raging in the Middle East and elsewhere in the world.
“In the past, most of the wars in the world were motivated by the idea of nationhood,” Peres said. “But today, wars are incited using religion as an excuse.”
“The pope listened, showing his interest, attention, and encouragement,” Lombardi said
Peres called on Francis to leverage his respect to create an interfaith organization to curb religious violence.
“What we need is an organization of United Religions… as the best way to combat terrorists who kill in the name of faith,” Peres said. “What we need is an unquestionable moral authority who says out loud, ‘No, God does not want this and does not allow it.’
China’s Xi urges cooperation among nations in governance of global internet Nov 16 2016
Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday called for greater cooperation among nations in developing and governing the internet, while reiterating the need to respect so-called “cyber sovereignty”.
Speaking at an internet conference in Wuzhen, in the eastern province of Zhejiang, Xi and propaganda chief Liu Yunshan signaled a willingness to step up China’s role in global internet governance, seeking to rectify “imbalances” in the way standards across cyberspace are set.
“The development of the internet knows no international boundaries. The sound use, development and governance of the internet thus calls for closer cooperation,” Xi said in a video message at the start of China’s third World Internet Conference.
China infamously operates the so-called “Great Firewall”, the world’s most sophisticated online censorship system, to block and attack Internet services the government deems unsavory.
Xi repeated China’s pledge to “promote equitable global internet governance” while upholding “cyber sovereignty”, or the right of countries to determine how they want to manage the internet.
China’s foreign ministry said it did not approve of insulting or ridiculing foreign leaders
China websites block searches for ‘Fatty Kim the Third’ Nov 16 2016
Chinese websites have again blocked searches for “Fatty Kim the Third”, as many Chinese mockingly call North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, with China’s foreign ministry saying it did not approve of ridiculing foreign leaders.
Chinese internet users began reporting last week that searches on the Twitter-like microblogging site Weibo and search engine Baidu for the expression returned no results, the normal sign that something is being blocked despite its wide usage.
The term – which refers to the weight of Kim, his father and grandfather – was last blocked in September after neighboring North Korea’s latest nuclear test.
Kim is unpopular in China because of his country’s repeated nuclear and missile tests.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang said reports the government had banned the search term “did not accord with the facts”.
Germany Wants Facebook To Pay For Fake News Dec 19 2016
The new law would also require Facebook and other social networks to set up a “legal protection unit” in Germany for people affected by the stories, according to Oppermann. These local offices would allow companies like Facebook to respond faster to complaints against defamation and fake news.
Several members of the German government have spoken out about effectively criminalizing parties who deliberately propagate fake news on social media. “Targeting disinformation to destabilize a state should be a criminal offence,” Patrick Sensburg, a senior MP in Merkel’s party told the Funke group of German regional newspapers recently.
“Facebook is earning an awful lot of money with fake news,” Germany’s head of domestic intelligence, Hans-Georg Maassen, told Bild am Sonntag. “A company that earns billions from the internet also has a social responsibility.”
